Looking for an entertaining evening with good music and a stroll down memory lane?
Well, save this date, Friday, September 22, 2017, 7-9pm when BHP presents Papa and Mama Root (our neighbors) in our very own Coffee House setting.
Papa and Mama perform acoustic/electric guitar versions of some of rock ‘n roll music’s greatest songs from the artists of Rock’s Golden Era 1958-1973.
Papa and Mama perform without backing tracks presenting the hits live and in the moment with a single guitar, harmonica and two vocals. They add real life stories of the songs and artists they pay tribute to.
Full time residents of BHP, the duo spent years touring the Northeast performing pre-game shows for professional baseball, car shows, community events and fundraisers. In addition, they have recorded three CDs of their own originals.
This special event is sure to have you reminiscing and singing along and, yes, we will have a little dance floor available for those so inclined to bust a few moves.
Coffee, tea and pie will be served.
Tickets will be $8.00 and will be available for sale as of August 15. Any questions, contact Maureen Heger 732 259-0596. For more information on Papa and Mama Root, check out www.papaandmamaroot.com
