Topics Discussed: ● Drains, Dates and locations Repairs will begin week of 10/28, and should be completed by end of November. The 12 “most needy” drains will be done first, another 10 next year. ● Ponds – vegetation
We discussed the weeds in the pond, and the fact that the previous contractor seemed to do a better job, and actually used a boat to pull out weeds by the roots in the center of the ponds which can’t be reached with spraying. Suzanne to look into it.
- Horseshoe pits need refurbishing
Weeding, sand, etc. Suzanne to get it done.
- Handicap parking spots near clubhouse flood
Suzanne to have landscapers install drain
- Speaker by the antenna needs to be moved
Speaker produces high pitched background hiss due to proximity of wifi antenna. Suzanne to have contractor move it.
- Doors should be open on nights of events
Suzanne to provide key.
- Security Cameras – verify how many we have only ten are working
Suzanne to investigate advise
- Dog park – grass-n sprinkler system doesn’t seem to be working

- Prospectus Status
Suzanne to check on any changes to Prospectus, based upon earlier HOA recommendations.
- Welcome Bags – give out at closing. HOA will provide a supply of welcome bags to the main office, to be given to new residents at closing. The main office will provide names of new residents, lot# and closing date, and HOA will supply more welcome bags as needed.
