Ed Vidota
Ed Vidota served in the United States Air Force from 1966 to 1970. He was stationed at Langley Air Force Base in Virginia and James Connally AFB in Waco, Texas. While in the Air Force, he was a Prime Beef Leader, in charge of equipment and Personnel. He supervised male and female soldiers of many ethnic groups and was in charge of ensuring that their assignments were completed in a timely manner. He set up school for On the Job Training of military and non military personnel. In 1969, Ed was in charge of 100 trainees, cleaning up the aftermath of Hurricane Camille in Biloxi, Mississippi.
After his service in the Air Force, Ed managed 11 jewelry stores before going into business himself.
Ed has been married to Sam for 54 years and has 3 children, and 6 grandchildren.
He enjoys dealing with good people and also people in need. Ed has been involved in both community and church activities and has received many awards and citations for his commitment to both these areas.
Being in the service, involves dedication and sacrifice and I’m very pleased to present Ed with a Patriotic quilt as a token of our appreciation for his service to our country.

Sandy Becker joined the United States Marine Corps in 1966 and was honorably discharged in 1969 with the rank of Corporal. Sandy served for 13 months in Viet Nam.
