On Monday, September 3, 2018 Labor Day at Noon there will be a celebration at the Blue Heron Pines Club House for this great event in history. We will be serving Deep Fried Chicken, Potato Salad, Baked Beans, and Dessert. For refreshments we will provide beer, wine, soda, and water. You do not have to bring anything just yourselves. Enjoy good food and refreshments with your neighbors and great organ music by Fletcher Music.

You can get your tickets for $10.00 at the mail box area on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s starting Tuesday, August 7, 2018, 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.

WE NEED HELP ON THE DAY OF THIS EVENT AND TO SELL TICKETS AT THE MAILBOX AREA TUESDAY OR THURSDAY IF YOU CAN HELP LET ME KNOW.

The chili cookoff was amazing! Thank you to all who came out to support the event and a special Thank You to the seven chef’s, Ella Smith, Kay Oetting, Mark Wesaw, Sue Ann Guesno, Bob Stenoha, Ron Jessop and Doris Leatherman. You all did an amazing job! However, there can only be one TOP CHEF! and the award for BHP 2018 TOP CHILI CHEF goes to: MARK WESAW

For all chefs who signed up for the chili cookoff please note the following:

Please make at least a crock pot full of chili, once the tasting is over, we will be serving your chili to the voters.

Please bring your chili to the clubhouse between 4:30 and 5pm on Friday June 8.

If you are the chef, you don’t need to buy a ticket everyone else needs to buy a $5.00 ticket.

If you haven’t signed up and would like to enter your chili please contact Maureen Heger 732 259-0596 no later than Tuesday, June 5. No entries will be accepted after that date.

Anyone who would like Chili dinner, corn bread, tortilla chips, cheese, sour cream and onion along with water, soda, iced tea will be served. (BYOB) Please come and join us. Tickets are available Tuesday and Thursday at the mail center. Any questions, please contact Maureen Heger.
