As of yesterday, Charlotte County Emergency Management issued EVACUATION ORDERS for residents in Zone A as well as any residents in any zone who lives in a MANUFACTURED HOME or TRAILER.
Please make your final preparations for Hurricane Ian.
Most of all please be safe!

Hurricane Warning

From your HOA board. It’s becoming more apparent that a new southerly storm is heading our way and predictions say this will possibly become a Cat 2 Hurricane. Arrival is predicted around Wednesday. Let’s be prepared. Help your senior residents. You can do simple things now, pick up a hurricane guide in the clubhouse, get water, fill up with gas as needed, if you have a generator, fire it up, check your evacuation route, put away potted plants, install hurricane shutters if you have them. More info is coming as we monitor the storm, its direction and wind speeds. Thank you.
