Not So Scary Scary Halloween Parade

Friday October 23, 2020 5:30 pm

Decorate your cart in the scariest not so scary way and join the parade up and down ALL the streets of the Community.

Line up at clubhouse parking lot at 5:15 pm

Sign up in the Clubhouse.

Community will be able to vote for their favorite carts. Voting is by cart number and will take place on Saturday October 24 between 10and 11 am at mail kiosk. Each home has two votes and there will be 2 prizes awarded.

Ladies are you looking to join a book club?

We could meet once a month and discuss a book.

I’d like to offer the first book to be:

Love Story
by: Karen Kingsbury

Karen’s books are about the Baxter family

Meet at the community center
October 27th
at 2:00pm

I found my book at Ollies for 3.99 and you could also try the local library

We could all read this book or if someone has a suggestion of another book we could read please let me know, or we can just meet and discuss a book that everyone has been reading. No set rules just trying to set something up.

GOOD NEWS – THE LIBRARY IS GOING TO OPEN SEPTEMBER 2ND

Good afternoon all,

Exciting news!!!! Our Community Library will be opening back up with a maximum capacity of 2 persons at one time starting tomorrow, September 2nd.

We are going to have a few things in place to make this easier for all involved, see bullet points below:

  • Capacity of 2 persons at one time
  • The only day books can be returned is Thursdays (This is only temporarily and helps with sanitizing)
  • Please do not go thru the return bin (Books have to be in the bin for 4 days before they will be sanitized and put back on the shelves)
  • Returned books will be put back on the shelves by noonish on Mondays.

Thank you to each and every one of you for your patience and cooperation as we open the library. Please let me know if you have any questions.
