Fourth of July BBQ
The HOA will sponsor a BBQ on Saturday July 4, 2019 at 3 pm in the back parking lot of the clubhouse. We will serve hamburgers, hot dogs, baked beans, salad and dessert. Water will be served, BYOB. Wristbands will be sold for $10 on Thursday June 18, Tuesday June 22 and Thursday June 25th.
We are asking everyone to practice social distancing. If you would prefer to wear a mask and gloves that is totally up to you. If you are not comfortable staying but would like to take advantage of the BBQ, purchase a wristband and bring your tupperwear down and you will be able to take your meal home.
If you would like to help out with the bbq, please contact Maureen Heger at 732 499-7777. We will need people to help set up, clean up, sell wristbands, serve etc.
Any questions please feel free to contact Maureen.

Letter from the General Manager
From: Suzanne Rayborn
Good afternoon Blue Heron Pine residents:
I received many emails over the weekend asking for some clarification from the letter below. As a company, we are working hard to do our part in sanitizing and trying to minimize the spread of this virus. At this time, we will allow 25% of the overall occupancy inside of the clubhouse, which will allow 62 residents inside of the clubhouse at one time with an additional limitation per room. As of right now, we will have 2 residents at one time in the fitness center, 4 residents at one time in the art room, and 9 residents at one time inside of the billiard room. We understand the frustrations of having limitations, but these restrictions have been implemented by our corporate office and not by your onsite management. Additionally, these restrictions have been selected out of abundance of caution to help protect all residents and team members.
Also, we have received a few inquiries regarding gatherings for social events: card games, Zumba, bingo, etc. We are strongly recommending no organized events be held at this time for groups larger than 10. We too look forward to this pandemic ending, so we can gain back our normalcy and active 55+ community lifestyle. We thank each and every one of you for your patience and understanding during this trying time for our country.
If you have a question, please feel free to reach out to me directly.
We wish you all safety & good health.
Thank you,
Suzanne Rayborn
