DATE: Saturday, April 4, 2020, 5:30-10:00pm LOCATION:-Wendy Way between Lots 126 & 120 -Golf cart parking between Lots 126 & 125 -2 tables will be available only for folks with disabilities MENU: Brats, hot dogs, coleslaw, baked beans and Potato chips More Info: IF you plan to EAT, wristbands will be sold ($6.00 pp) on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning Tues. March 10 thru Thurs. March 26, and also at the March HOA meeting, March 3rd. BYOB and your lawn or folding chair. Music provided by DJ Dave DeVries for your dining and dancing enjoyment!! On Sunday afternoon, March 1^st, at Paradise Golf Course (formerly Sunnybreeze), TEAM BHP beat Paradise by a score of 12 ½ to 11 ½  to BRING HOME THE “PEACE RIVER CUP”.

The cup is on display at Blue Heron Pines Pro Shop and will remain there until the CUP is again challenged in February 2021.

A lot of AMAZING things happened on the courses during play, even a “Hole-in- One”!  Both teams were absolutely astonished at the COMMUNITY SUPPORT of our residents.  TEAM BHP FANS were on every hole cheering on our players.  The fan parties on holes 8 and 9 were FANTASTIC, as refreshments and encouragements were passed out freely to both teams, at both gatherings.  TEAM BHP sincerely thanks you!  Your kindness and generosity spoke “Volumes” about our family here at BHP.

It was a lovely afternoon that was sold out. Volunteers from BHP sponsored tables to create designs with the Under the Sea theme for the afternoon. The tables were the best display of sea beauty and the hostesses were so proud to show off their creations. The “runway” was dazzled with BHP Ladies modeling their new stylish creations from Tara Bella Consignment Shop in Punta Gorda. Tara introduced the models and described their fashions. Tara also had fashions from Tara Boutique for the guest to purchase. What an ideal afternoon!

Some mistakes were made along the way with guests not able to enjoy the delicious food catered by Nino’s Bakery. Mistakes happen but when they impact our guests it is difficult to express how sorry we are.
We are truly sorry.
