Winter Wonderland Parking
Like last year parking will be tight for this event. The clubhouse lot is closed to allow carts the space to setup and be displayed on return.
The following considerations will make the situation better for all.
- If you are within walking distance and can walk to the event that will help tremendously
- Parking available at the Sales Office parking lot (pack them in as tight as possible)
- You may also park on the maintenance shed driveways and the grassy area to the left of the maintenance shed, please (DO NOT) park on the adjacent resident’s lawn.
- Parking is also available in the pro shop lot just across the street a short 3 minute walk.
- Do Not park on the lawns of residents, we do not want to cause damage to lawns or utilities
- Courtesy is the watchword when parking your cart
Following these simple rules will allow all of us to have a fun filled safe evening.

WHY DO CHAIR YOGA AND WHAT IS IT??
Chair Yoga is an accessible form of yoga for any age group. In this case we will use the chair as a prop to help modify the poses while maintaining all the benefits of yoga.
This sequence is practiced while sitting in a chair or using the chair for balance. It is a slow flowing practice intended to help with pain and release tension throughout the
body as well as improve balance and strength. This class is appropriate for people who are injured, or have difficulty sitting or lying on the floor.
GENTLE FLOOR YOGA is designed for students interested in a slower, but equally effective practice. You will experience gently held postures and breathing techniques that calm the mind, relax the body and improve joint health and flexibility. This class is great for beginners, seniors or experienced students.
Participating in Yoga helps to decrease stress and pain increase energy Helps Sleep deepens breath capacity learn relaxation techniques improves posture improves balance and foot health restores joint mobility and flexibility strengthens joints and muscles helps develop core strength improves mental ability might even help your golf game!!!
