The Blue Heron Pines Community Auction is coming up on January 25, 2020 and the committee is looking for a person or persons to chair the silent auction. As you know, the silent auction is a big part of the community auction and with so many talented people at BHP, we know that there is a person or persons willing to run this great event. Please consider chairing the silent auction in January. You can contact Gene Robinson at 4 Jeffrey Dr or give him a call at 574-535-3788 or Nancy Fee at 643 Wendy Way or call her at 507-208-0146. LET’S PLAY BALL…
BEAN BAG BASEBALL!

Bean bag baseball will begin Jan 11 and run thru 3/21/20.

Every Saturday at 1:00 pm behind the clubhouse.

Teams will consist of a minimum of 6 players and a maximum of 9 players.
Teams will be finalized on 12/18. If you want to play and are not on a team simply sign up at the clubhouse. Sign up sheet is on the bulletin board.

12/18 is the LAST day to sign up.

Team Captains must be sent to Cheryl at: clcole0530@aol.com or drop off info at Lot 803.

Schedules will be handed out opening day January 11, 2020.

All are welcome…no MVP’s in this league.

7 p.m. — TEE OFF
8:30 p.m. – AWARDS & PRIZE AT PRO SHOP
• Couples only event (woman/man) – Maximum 20 couples
• Playing Front “9”
• Each person is given 2 glow-balls (additional balls for sale on course)
• $20 per couple – PAY AT SIGN-UP!
• Sign up begins at Happy Hour (3 p.m.) on Friday, November 8th at BHP Pro Shop

The first organizational meeting for our annual BHP Auction will take place at the clubhouse on November 11, at 5:00 pm.

This is one of our larger fundraising events all year and takes many gracious volunteers to pull off. Moving and storing merchandise, baked goods, kitchen staff, a host of volunteers.

We hope to see you there 11/11 at 5:00 pm at the clubhouse.
