The Gator Tales will now be distributed digitally beginning with next months issue. You will be able to access the Gator Tales from a monthly link we publish on Facebook, a link we email to community at publication each month, and on the B.H.P. website. Residents that do not have email and can’t access the web will still receive a B&W version of the Gator Tales delivered to their homes each month.

The remaining lots we believe do not have access to the web and will receive a copy each month.

All other lots have registered an email address with us and will be able to access the Gator Tales online.

This change will allow us to be more efficient printing and distributing the Gator Tales. In addition it will remove size restrictions and allow us to create a more vibrant monthly publication.

NOTICE Gator Tales Publication Change Effective June 2019

As many of you know, we have been discussing a change in the way Gator Tales is published and distributed. Rather than printing “hard” copies and delivering them door-to-door, we have been moving towards electronic printing and distribution for nearly a year. The time has come to make the switch.

As we discussed, electronic publication and distribution will save us several thousand dollars per year in printing costs, and considerably decrease the burden of distribution. Of course, we will still print a small number of black & white copies for distribution to our residents without access to email or internet. Advertisers will benefit because they can now present videos with sound, if they choose to do so.

This change will become effective with the upcoming June-July combined issue. Residents will be sent an email announcing the issue is ready to distribute, and the email will include a link to the latest copy. Just click on the link to access it. As always, you will still be able to browse the Gator Tales directory within the BHP HOA website for copies of past issues.
