If you came from Ohio, Wisconsin, Connecticut, Colorado, Alabama, North Carolina, Arkansas, or Nebraska, please attend a short meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 9^th at 2:00 pm in the Clubhouse concerning which activities we will work on to create fun activities in March for our BHP residents.  Tom & Sharon Breay 303-918-9639 or sbreay@breaydesign.com.

The January/July Entertainment Host Committee is comprised of BHP residents from the states of New York, Minnesota, Tennessee, Iowa, Delaware, South Carolina, North Dakota and Hawaii.  This committee has been busy planning an evening of fun on Sunday, January 13 with a chili cook off followed by live music.

Please support your committee by  (1) purchasing tickets to the chili cook off, (2) being a chili cook off contestant, and/or (3) assisting on the evening of January 13.  Tickets will be on sale at the mail kiosk on January 3rd, 8th and 11th from 2-4 pm and at the HOA meeting on January 8.  A brief committee meeting will be held following the January 8, 7 pm HOA meeting.  Thank you.

This year’s ladies tea will feature a southern theme. We are having a really fun fashion show for you as well as a delicious lunch to satisfy any southern soul.

Tickets will go on sale in January. $15.00 per guest

Your HOA Board members will host a free member appreciation dinner for all 2019 HOA members. It is our way of saying thank you for all your support.

An Italian Dinner from Nino’s Bakery will be provided, including salad, pasta, chicken, bread and dessert, water and beverage. BYOB. Dinner will be served around 6:10 and dancing at 7pm. Music by Frank and Sam.

Tickets will be provided starting at the HOA meeting January 8. The last day to receive a ticket will be Monday January 14th. There will be no exceptions. This is a catered event and will not be able to accommodate last minute requests. Questions should be directed to Maureen Heger or any Member of the Board.
