The Party & Parade are on!
Carts will assemble 5:15 pm to 5:45 pm
Parade kicks off shortly after
Winter Wonderland Party starts any time after that
If it is raining during scheduled time for cart assembly then the PARADE ONLY WILL MOVE TO THE NEXT NIGHT…SAME TIME SAME PLACE.
So watch the parade and come on down

Enjoy some free hot dogs and drinks

Santa arrives around 7:45 pm
The BHP tree lighting will take place shortly after.

There will be Bingo Monday night December 17, 2018. Looking forward to seeing everyone.

The Golf Cart Parade will take place as planned…with several small changes.

The Cart Parade will take place Friday, 12/14 prior to the Winter Wonderland party at the clubhouse.

Several minor changes will be made:

1) Assembly of carts will be 5:15pm to 5:45pm

2) The parade will start promptly at 5:45pm…we are trying to beat the rain

3) If it is raining at assembly of carts, then date will automatically change to Saturday at the same time and place.

All is ready to go…let’s have a good time…and Santa will try to keep the rain away.

All activities we planned will take place inside the clubhouse, just in case it rains.

A decision on Golf Cart Parade will be made late tomorrow based on weather forecast. The timing of rain has been moved a little later and chance of rain reduced to 40%. Fingers crossed.

Please pay attention to Facebook, email, website for the final determination. Spread the word once decision made as all may not get the message, and we are threading a needle here.

Please come and have some free hot dogs and drinks, listen to the music, vote for your favorite house ( and golf cart if parade takes place ) Bring any visiting grandchildren as we need volunteers to throw the Santa Switch to light the tree.

BYOB encouraged, bring your party to the clubhouse and share with all your neighbors, baked items welcomed so all can try some goodies.
