Since the clubhouse area will be closed for the Winter Wonderland Festival, parking will be available at the following locations….

1. The Sales Office Parking Lot
2. In front of the Maintenance shed
3. On grassy area to the immediate left of maintenance shed…please do not park on adjacent house lawn
4. Pro Shop parking lot. We will have a shuttle available to move folks to and from event if this area is used.

• Watch the grandchildren throw the switch and light the BHP Christmas Tree
• BYOB and smile…a lot
• Come share in the holiday spirit of the season
• SANTA is wasting away, and you can help him get into shape
• Santa requests that residents DO NOT park in the clubhouse parking lot on 12/14…he needs the space to stage all the golf carts and set up his party.

Carts line-up 5:30pm…Parade starts at 6:00pm…Party starts any time after that…

MISS SCARLET’S TREASURES Wanted: your good condition ladies accessories, knic knacks, etc. for “Miss Scarlet’s Treasures,” A charitable corner store to be held at our BHP Ladies’ Tea This February 17th Sales to be donated to a local women’s charity. Golf Cart Parade Participants

Carts will assemble 5:30pm ( if you are early it’s OK ) Parade starts 6:00pm sharp.

The more the merrier. Some simple decorations, a few lights if you have them ( but not necessary )

You must bring holiday cheer. If you have a cart come join in the fun.

All residents invited to the party…if you do not have a cart in parade come on down after 6:00pm. Watch the carts as they return at 7:00pm and line up for all to view and vote.

This event for the entire community…a Christmas gathering at the BHP Town Square. We hope to see you there.
