CHAIR YOGA & GENTLE FLOOR YOGA
WHY DO CHAIR YOGA AND WHAT IS IT??
Chair Yoga is an accessible form of yoga for any age group. In this case we will use the chair as a prop to help modify the poses while maintaining all the benefits of yoga. This sequence is practiced while sitting in a chair or using the chair for balance. It is a slow flowing practice intended to help with pain and release tension throughout the body as well as improve balance and strength. This class is appropriate for people who are injured, or have difficulty sitting or lying on the floor.
GENTLE FLOOR YOGA is designed for students interested in a slower, but equally effective practice. You will experience gently held postures and breathing techniques that calm the mind, relax the body and improve joint health and flexibility. This class is great for beginners, seniors or experienced students.

10 week session $50 FOR 10 OR $5.00 EACH WEEK
