Host Committees have been established and all but one group has a chairperson. We are still looking for one Chairperson if you would like to volunteer please let me know and I will update the list.
Committees hold meetings to decide what events they would like to run, and they have complete responsibility for them from inception to completion. Each committee requires a Contact/Chairperson for their particular group. If there is no committee chairperson, then the months assigned to that group will forgo any planned social activities.
Each group is assigned two months to cover the entire year. Any questions should be directed to chairperson or you can contact Maureen Heger.
