By Laws – General meetings of members shall be held on the first Tuesday, of each month during the months of October through April inclusive, beginning at 7:00p.m.
The January 2023 General Meeting date per By Laws is January 3, 2023. The HOA Board will present to the members in good standing at the December 7, 2022 general meeting to allow an extension of that date.
The HOA Board supports the change of the January general meeting to January 10, 2023, a week later. This will allow members to return from the holidays to attending the meeting. It is an important meeting as it is the last meeting for members to be nominated from the floor for election to the board.
