2. Silent Prayer for our armed forces and BHP neighbors – All

3. Open the Regular business meeting with introduction of new neighbors.

3a. Hold elections for nominees to the BOD and N & M committee.- Jack Sternisha to administer.

3b. Collect ballots for election.

Just a reminder to all Blue Heron Pines residents that our HOA Community Auction is this coming Saturday, January 27th, starting at 9AM, viewing at 8AM. Items for the silent auction are still needed and can be dropped off with Nancy Fee, Lot 643, by Thursday, January 25th. A great way to show off your talent by placing an item on the silent auction. My phone number is 507-208-0146. If you would like to donate something and want it picked up, just give me a call, I will be happy to stop by and pick it up for you. Thank you to those of you that have already donated, it is very much appreciated!

Looking for some help gathering information for the BHP website and Facebook page. It is impossible to attend all events but asking for help from one or two individuals who can take some photos ( 10-12 ) and prepare 50-100 words on the highlights of an event they attend. Friends, and family enjoy seeing these small stories with pictures as do folks who do not or can’t attend. Social functions, BOD meetings, information that might interest others and make them smile.  I endeavor to attend as many as I can but never can make them all.
