BINGO …… BINGO ……. BINGO ……….

It is time to start round two of WINDOW BINGO. We had such a great time on the first round of Window Bingo we decided to continue.

Cards are now available to pick up in the office between 8am and 5pm. This time we are doing one card per household. You are more than welcome to pick up a card for your friend or neighbor.

We will place a new letter/number in the sales office front window, Monday thru Friday. First three homes to hit “BINGO” will receive a gift card.

WE WILL PULL THE FIRST NUMBER JULY 1ST. KEEP IN MIND THE OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED JULY 3RD FOR THE JULY 4TH HOLIDAY.

BHP Update 6/25/20

FYI BHP residents.  After numerous discussions, Sun representatives have decided that our HOA cannot organize any activities at this time at the clubhouse or the pool.  Effective immediately Bingo is cancelled.  Also, the 4th of July BBQ has also been cancelled. Sun has stated that if residents want to get together a group on their own and play games at the clubhouse, that is okay. (cards, Mahjong, Domino’s, pool).  There are new limits on the number of people allowed in the clubhouse at any given time.  I will have these posted on our HOA Website and Facebook page.  These restrictions are coming from Sun Corporation, not their local staff.  If you have any specific questions regarding this, please email me at Rawsage@gmail.com or see me at pool side.

BHP – REVISION 2 – PHASE 2

Dear Valued Residents,

We have updated and amended our Phase 2 Guidelines. I was made aware yesterday that the occupancy number for Clubhouse is not in compliance with our policy. I understand there is frustration regarding the burden and continued restriction this pandemic has placed on everyone. However, your health and safety remain our top priority.

As you are aware, the state of Florida continues to see an increase in COVID-19 cases. Because of this, Blue Heron Pines will remain in Phase 2 until further notice.

We certainly hope to be able to continue to move towards some normalcy shortly.

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.

Regards,
Andrew Morales
Regional Vice President, Operations and Sales.
Sun Communities Inc.

Health & Safety Protocols

We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our residents and team members.

  • Real-time monitoring of information related to COVID-19.
  • Posting signage reminding of CDC guidelines and handwashing procedures.
  • Defined cycles and procedures for frequent cleaning and disinfection of high-touch areas.
  • Distribution of EPA-registered disinfectant products to all locations.

Thank you for your continued patience, compassion and understanding throughout this process. We look forward to seeing you and your family throughout the community. Please call the office directly at (941) 637-78103 or email us at blueheron@suncommunities.com with any questions or concerns.
