Community Services Meeting

Community Services Meeting Friday, October 11, 2019 Present were Larry Roberts, Maureen Heger, Suzanne Rayborn

Topics Discussed: ● Drains, Dates and locations Repairs will begin week of 10/28, and should be completed by end of November. The 12 “most needy” drains will be done first, another 10 next year. ● Ponds – vegetation

We discussed the weeds in the pond, and the fact that the previous contractor  seemed to do a better job, and actually used a boat to pull out weeds by the roots in the center of the ponds which can’t be reached with spraying. Suzanne to look into it.

  • Horseshoe pits need refurbishing

Weeding, sand, etc. Suzanne to get it done.

  • Handicap parking spots near clubhouse flood

Suzanne to have landscapers install drain

  • Speaker by the antenna needs to be moved

Speaker produces high pitched background hiss due to proximity of wifi antenna. Suzanne to have contractor move it.

  • Doors should be open on nights of events

Suzanne to provide key.

  • Security Cameras – verify how many we have only ten are working

Suzanne to investigate advise

  • Dog park – grass-n sprinkler system doesn’t seem to be working

Has been repaired

  • Prospectus Status

Suzanne to check on any changes to Prospectus, based upon earlier HOA  recommendations.

  • Welcome Bags – give out at closing. HOA will provide a supply of welcome bags to the main office, to be given to new residents at closing. The main office will provide names of new residents, lot# and closing date, and HOA will supply more welcome bags as needed.

Many thanks to Suzanne and her staff for attending to these items!
